Job summary

• Minimum 10 years of experience in document control within the oil and gas sector.
• Experience with document control systems and QA/QC processes.
• Ability to coordinate with project teams and maintain logs and reports.

Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining the project document control system in line with company procedures and client requirements.
• Ensuring proper registration, distribution, tracking, and retrieval of documents.
• Liaising with project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure timely submission and receipt of documentation.
• Preparing transmittals, maintaining logs, and generating reports on documentation status.
• Ensuring document traceability and secure storage of confidential records.
• Training and supporting junior document controllers in following established procedures.
• Coordinating audits and ensuring compliance with QA/QC and project requirements.
