Job summary

China Petroleum Engineering & Construction Corporation seeks an experienced Document Controller in the UAE. The role requires 8–12 years of document control experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects and hands-on use of Aconex or EDMS.

You will manage MDRs, document numbering, revisions, transmittals, and approvals, coordinating with clients, PMC/EPCM consultants, and EPC contractors. Strong Excel/Word skills and UAE availability are essential.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of document control experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects.
• Experience working directly with clients, PMC/EPCM consultants, and EPC contractors.
• Familiarity with MDR, document numbering, revision control, transmittals and approval workflows.
• Hands-on with Aconex or EDMS and other client document management systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Available to work in UAE and join immediately.
• Experience with ADNOC, Saudi Aramco, Qatar Energy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate reviews, approvals, comments, and handover documentation.
• Manage engineering drawings, technical documents, vendor documents, QA/QC records, and project correspondence.
• Liaise with client representatives, consultants, and project teams.
