Job summary

J10 Consulting is seeking an experienced Document Controller for a multinational design consultancy in Abu Dhabi. The role requires extensive document control on large-scale residential and mixed-use projects and proficiency with ACONEX.

Immediate joining on a 6-month contract. Responsibilities include maintaining hardcopy/electronic records, coordinating with the CMU team, managing document registers, and ensuring secure, traceable control of drawings and reports across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in document control or PMC/design/engineering consultancy.
• Experience on large scale construction projects.
• Proficient with ACONEX; knowledge of SharePoint and Documentum is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational and data management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains documents in hardcopy and/or electronic format; ensure easy accessibility.
• Provide administrative assistance to CMU Lead and staff for reporting obligations.
• Control files, drawings and documents and coordinate all Document Control activities.
• Maintain data entry, filing, scanning, and archiving; update registers.
• Distribute controlled copies and ensure proper reference and priority.
