Job summary

Worley is seeking a Senior Document Controller to manage project documentation across Concept to handover phases. You will ensure control, distribution, archiving, and data integrity for engineering, vendor, contractor, and client documents using EDMS tools.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in electronic documentation management in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical, GCC experience preferred, and a strong command of document control standards and ISO 9001. On-site Abu Dhabi assignment with PMC involvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent with extensive records management experience.
• Experience with EDMS in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects, GCC region preferred.
• Strong knowledge of document control processes and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, and maintain project document control procedures per ADNOC/PMC requirements.
• Register, classify, distribute, transmit, and archive engineering, vendor, contractor, and client documents.
• Coordinate document review, approvals, and transmittals with multiple stakeholders.
• Maintain document registers, master indexes, and KPI reports.
• Ensure EDMS compliance and timely document flow across teams.
• Mentor junior Document Controllers and project administration staff.
