Job summary

Target Engineering Construction Co LLC seeks an experienced Document Controller (HSE) to manage HSE documentation for UAE Oil & Gas EPC projects. You will ensure compliance with project, client, and ISO requirements, and maintain electronic and hardcopy systems.

You will log, track, issue, retrieve, and archive HSE records, support audits, and maintain permits and training matrices. A 3-5 year Document Control background and 2+ years in HSE within Oil & Gas/EPC are expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Administration, Engineering, or HSE.
• Minimum 3-5 yearss experience in Document Control.
• At least 2 yearss experience supporting HSE functions within Oil & Gas or EPC projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HSE document control systems (electronic and hardcopy) in compliance with project, client, and ISO requirements.
• Log, track, issue, retrieve, and archive HSE documents including Risk Assessments, Incident Reports, Safety Plans, Audit Reports, Toolbox Talks, PTW Records, MSDS.
• Ensure only latest approved revisions are available and obsolete documents are removed from circulation.
• Support internal, client, and external audits by providing accurate and up-to-date HSE records.
• Maintain permits, licenses, and regulatory compliance records related to health, safety, and environmental activities.
• Distribute safety bulletins, procedures, alerts, and communications to relevant stakeholders.
• Update and maintain records within systems such as Aconex, EDMS, SharePoint; generate weekly/monthly reports.
