EHIF is seeking an experienced PMC Senior Document Controller to manage project documentation for ADNOC in Abu Dhabi. This role involves coordinating with contractors and ensuring compliance with document control procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess over 15 years of relevant experience in oil and gas or related projects, with strong skills in document management systems like Aconex, EDMS, and proficiency in communication and organization.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of document control experience in oil & gas/EPC/PMC projects.
• Strong site-based experience onshore/offshore preferred.
• Experience working with PMC organizations on large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control all project documentation according to PMC procedures.
• Act as the focal point for document-related matters between PMC and clients.
• Ensure compliance with project document control procedures.
