Job summary

RATLS Contracting in the UAE is seeking an experienced Senior Document Controller to oversee project documentation for high-rise building projects. You will manage document control procedures, maintain records, and coordinate with project teams to ensure timely information flow in a fast-paced construction environment.

The role requires 6–8 years of UAE site experience, strong knowledge of document control systems, and excellent communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years as a Document Controller in UAE construction projects.
• Mandatory experience on high-rise building construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of document control procedures and doc management.
• Proficient in drawings, technical docs, correspondence and records.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Document Control, Construction Management, or a Related Field.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain project documentation, records, and control systems.
• Organize and track drawings, technical documents, correspondence, and files.
• Register, distribute, and update project documents.
• Maintain document logs, revision records, and databases.
• Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders on submissions.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and project requirements.
• Support timely submission, tracking, and retrieval of information.
