Job summary

Remotedxb is seeking a senior leader to drive enterprise-wide employee relations and employment compliance programs in the UAE. You will serve as a senior resource for employee relations, workplace investigations, and compliance, advising executive leadership and shaping policy across the organization.

You will help develop the team's capabilities, support scalable programs during rapid growth, and ensure sound business judgment informs people decisions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
