Job summary

Confidential in Abu Dhabi seeks an Employee Relations Manager to foster a compliant, high-performing workplace. You will advise leaders and staff, ensure fair policy application, and manage investigations and complex employee cases under UAE Labour Law.

You will partner with HR, Legal, and business leaders to mitigate risk, enhance engagement, and support organizational effectiveness in a large, matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or related discipline.
• Master's degree or professional HR qualification preferred (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI).
• 8 years of Human Resources experience.
• Minimum 4-5 years specializing in Employee Relations.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and employment practices.
• Experience operating within large, matrixed organizations.

• Advise leaders and employees with fair and consistent policy application.
• Proactively resolve conflicts and manage investigations and complex employee cases.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, Legal, People Operations, Rewards, and business leaders to mitigate risk and enhance engagement.
