Job summary

Star Services in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Employee Relations professional to manage daily operations in accordance with the Abu Dhabi Government Human Resources Law and approved policies. The role focuses on timely processing of employee transactions, data accuracy, and compliance while supporting digital transformation initiatives and improving service efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• CIPD or SHRM certification preferred.
• Arabic (Full Professional Proficiency) and English (Very Good) required for roles.

Responsibilities

• Process and follow up on all employee relations transactions per approved policies.
• Draft administrative decisions, official letters, and employment certificates.
• Process leave requests and calculate entitlements.
• Monitor attendance, overtime, flexible and remote work arrangements.
• Manage transfers, secondments, temporary assignments, promotions and salary changes.
• Prepare HR Committee documentation and coordinate meetings.
