TALENT ONE EMPLOYMENT SERVICES is seeking an experienced Digital Media Leader to oversee the digital presence of a high-profile leadership office in Abu Dhabi. You will set strategy for official websites, social media, and campaigns, ensuring timely and impactful communications aligned with approved narratives.

You will lead digital campaigns, drive content production, and manage analytics, SEO, and audience insights to maximize reach and influence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Media Communications or related field.
• Minimum 13 years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading digital strategies and integrated campaigns.
• Strong understanding of analytics, SEO and platform performance.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders and budgets.
• Experience in government leadership offices or high-profile institutions desirable.

Responsabilités

• Lead the digital media strategy across official websites, social media, and digital platforms.
• Establish policies and editorial standards with approval frameworks.
• Oversee digital campaigns supporting official activities and initiatives.
• Direct development and publication of digital content including websites, blogs and multimedia.
• Supervise social media planning and engagement.
• Integrate analytics, SEO and audience insights to boost reach and performance.
• Monitor global digital trends and recommend innovations.
• Collaborate with strategy, content, production, and IT teams for coordination.
• Manage relationships with government stakeholders and external partners.
• Lead planning, budgets, and team development; set KPIs and reporting.
