Job summary

TalentOne in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Content Director to lead Arabic and English content across digital, corporate and publication channels. You will shape content strategy, governance and quality assurance to reflect the organization’s priorities and messaging.

You will guide senior stakeholders, manage multilingual editorial workflows and develop teams, budgets and measures to drive high-impact communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, political science, Arabic or English, content management or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience with leadership in content strategy and multilingual production.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with strong editorial judgement.
• Experience managing senior stakeholders, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of sensitive communications and cultural context.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, production and review of Arabic and English content across platforms.
• Develop editorial frameworks, style guidelines and quality standards.
• Review and approve high-profile content.
• Bridge strategy with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop departmental objectives, plans, budgets and performance measures.
• Establish content policies and workflows for continuous improvement.
• Lead workforce planning, resource allocation and coaching editorial talent.
• Provide executive reports on departmental performance and priorities.
