Job summary

Power & Energy Distribution in Dubai is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer for Diesel Generators to drive sales through technical presentations, demonstrations, and customized solutions, ensuring smooth implementation and high customer satisfaction post-sale.

You will collaborate with internal teams on techno-commercial proposals, manage RFQs, and cultivate strong relationships with consultants, contractors and end-users, while monitoring market trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• 5+ years of proven experience in technical sales or key account management.
• Ability to interpret detailed engineering drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-value prospects and penetrate new markets to meet sales quotas.
• Design customized technical solutions and manage end-to-end RFQ / tender processes.
• Conduct product demonstrations and present solutions to technical and non-technical clients.
• Lead commercial negotiations to close profitable deals while meeting customer requirements.
