Job summary

Sun Power-Gen (Engineering) in Dubai seeks an experienced Senior Sales Engineer to lead business development and sales of hydraulic products, systems and fluid power solutions across multiple sectors. You will build strong relationships with OEMs, contractors, end users and distributors, and drive growth through technical and commercial proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 5–10+ years in hydraulic systems or industrial technical sales.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong understanding of hydraulic components and schematics.
• Valid driving license preferred for field sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, contractors, end users, and distributors.
• Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, and solution demonstrations.
• Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms.
• Develop key accounts and manage long-term relationships.
