Job summary

Al Shola Transport Co. LLC (Al Shola) in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a Rental Sales Engineer – Generators to grow our diesel generator rental business.

You will identify opportunities, manage client relationships, and provide technical and commercial power solutions for temporary needs across construction, oil & gas, events, industrial, and infrastructure sectors. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and ensuring customer satisfaction through strong product

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
Strong understanding of generator rental applications and temporary power solutions.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new rental business opportunities for diesel generators and temporary power solutions.
Generate leads through site visits, networking, referrals, and market research.
Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, project managers, and end users.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Promote generator rental services, load banks, transformers, fuel tanks, and related equipment.
Assess customer power requirements and recommend suitable generator rental solutions.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and rental agreements.
Coordinate with operations and technical teams for equipment deployment and installation.
Provide customers with technical guidance regarding generator sizing, synchronization, load requirements, and power distribution.
