Job summary

Uae Job Alert is seeking a Volvo Personal Service Technician in Dubai to manage the customer and workshop process for Volvo vehicles. You will engage with customers, plan and price services, and manage work orders effectively.

The ideal candidate will have 4 to 5 years of experience in an automotive environment, along with strong technical skills and customer management abilities. Knowledge of electric vehicles is preferred. Join a collaborative team under the Aftersales Manager.

Qualifications

• 4 to 5 years of experience as a Technician and Service Advisor in an automotive dealership.
• Basic knowledge of electric vehicles is preferred.
• Strong technical capabilities and customer relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire customer and workshop process for Volvo vehicles.
• Retrieve and document all relevant information to create a complete work order.
• Handle customer and production planning, providing accurate price information.
• Manage work order documentation, including invoicing for warranty and insurance cases.
• Promote and sell value-added services to aftersales customers.
