The ideal candidate will have 6-7 years of experience, strong automotive diagnostics skills, and must hold an IMI LV Master Technician certification. You will join a structured environment with ongoing training and competitive remuneration.

Formación

• 6 to 7 years of experience as a Light Vehicle Technician with 2 years in advanced diagnostics.
• Experience within authorized automotive dealerships and service advisory responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of wiring diagrams, fault codes, and OEM repair documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer booking and service dialogue, capturing complete work order details.
• Perform full work order administration including warranty and goodwill invoicing.
• Conduct diagnostics, complex fault finding, AGR cases, and periodic maintenance.
• Deliver first time right repairs to improve productivity and sold hours targets.
• Adhere to HSSE, 5S standards, and complete accurate Electronic Vehicle Check reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer booking and service dialogue, capturing complete work order details at first contact and conducting post-service follow-ups.
• Perform full work order administration including warranty, goodwill, insurance, and leasing case invoicing.
• Coordinate rental vehicle bookings and manage key handovers for workshop customers.
• Conduct diagnostics, complex fault finding, AGR cases, and periodic maintenance in line with Volvo repair manuals.
• Deliver first time right repairs to improve productivity and sold hours targets.
• Ensure compliance with Fix It Right processes, warranty regulations, and distributor quality standards.
• Maintain and update diagnostic tools and workshop equipment according to Volvo guidelines.
• Adhere to HSSE, 5S standards, and complete accurate Electronic Vehicle Check reporting.
• Report system faults and deviations for corrective action and continuous improvement.
• Support training initiatives and upskill junior technicians within the workshop.

Ideal Profile

• 6 to 7 years of experience as a Light Vehicle Technician with at least 2 years in advanced diagnostics.
• Experience within authorized automotive dealerships and exposure to service advisory responsibilities.
• IMI LV Master Technician Level 3 or 4 or equivalent certification.
• Strong understanding of wiring diagrams, fault codes, and OEM repair documentation.
