Job summary

AlFuttaim is seeking a Personal Service Technician in Dubai, offering an opportunity to work within a premium Volvo Service Centre. This role focuses on advanced vehicle diagnostics, technical repairs, and customer interaction, contributing to high customer satisfaction and workshop productivity.

The ideal candidate will have 6-7 years of experience, strong automotive diagnostics skills, and must hold an IMI LV Master Technician certification. You will join a structured environment with ongoing training and competitive remuneration.

Qualifications

• 6 to 7 years of experience as a Light Vehicle Technician with 2 years in advanced diagnostics.
• Experience within authorized automotive dealerships and service advisory responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of wiring diagrams, fault codes, and OEM repair documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer booking and service dialogue, capturing complete work order details.
• Perform full work order administration including warranty and goodwill invoicing.
• Conduct diagnostics, complex fault finding, AGR cases, and periodic maintenance.
• Deliver first time right repairs to improve productivity and sold hours targets.
• Adhere to HSSE, 5S standards, and complete accurate Electronic Vehicle Check reporting.
