Job summary

Van Leeuwen Group in Dubai seeks a senior sales professional to own the Desalination/Water Treatment market strategy and drive revenue growth across strategic accounts. You will build lasting relationships with end users, EPCs, suppliers and industry partners, and take ownership of negotiations and tenders.

You are expected to maintain a robust sales forecast, stay ahead of market developments, and represent the company at key meetings and industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in commercial, business or technical field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Desalination/Water Treatment with strong B2B sales track record.
• Existing relationships with major end-users and EPCs in Middle East/globally.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship-building skills with proven track-record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the sales strategy for the Desalination/Water Treatment market.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities while growing strategic accounts.
• Build strong relationships with end users, EPC contractors, suppliers and other key partners.
• Qualify vendors with End Users/EPCs and sign regional representation agreements.
• Lead commercial negotiations, tenders and contract discussions with ownership of sales and margins.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline with accurate forecasts.
• Monitor market developments and competitors to identify opportunities early.
• Represent the company at key customer meetings, industry events and trade exhibitions.
