Job summary

CREATE Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery for two major digital builds in Dubai. This 6-month freelance contract is onsite, with potential extension.

You will lead planning, technical coordination, risk management, budgets, and ensure quality across engineering, product, and client teams. The ideal candidate has 10+ years delivering complex websites and apps in agency or product-led settings, with strong Agile/Scrum and mentoring experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering complex websites and digital platforms in agency or product-led environments.
• Based in Dubai, onsite full time for a 6-month contract.
• Strong command of Agile/Scrum with proven delivery across multi-disciplinary workstreams.
• Experience mentoring junior PMs and managing end-to-end delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive delivery of complex websites, mobile apps, and platform-based digital products on time and within budget.
• Translate business needs into technical specs, user stories, and backlog items.
• Lead coordination across UX/UI, engineering, content, SEO, data, and QA.
• Identify and mitigate technical, delivery, and resourcing risks throughout the lifecycle.
• Manage project budgets, burn rates, and resourcing plans; keep delivery commercially sound.
• Serve as primary point of contact for technical delivery with clients and internal teams.
