Digital Delivery Lead in Dubai, UAE plays a critical role in driving enterprise digital transformation initiatives across financial services, real estate, retail technology, and customer experience platforms. This role focuses on end-to-end agile delivery, cloud integration, CRM modernization, and large-scale digital program execution aligned with strategic business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital transformation initiatives including onboarding, CRM platforms, data modernization, collections systems, and omni-channel customer experience solutions
• Implement agile and hybrid delivery frameworks, facilitating sprint planning, retrospectives, and continuous improvement cycles
• Coordinate with Solution Architects to align technology implementations with enterprise architecture and eliminate system duplication
• Ensure business continuity during transformation programs with minimal operational disruption
• Manage Capex and Opex budgets, vendor contracts, and service level agreements to maintain financial discipline
• Govern delivery progress through dashboards and reporting frameworks, maintaining deviation within defined thresholds
• Oversee cloud-based implementations on Azure, including API integrations, microservices architecture, and AI-enabled solutions
• Drive release management, CI-CD processes, and DevOps governance to maintain low post-release defect rates
• Mentor cross-functional delivery teams and enhance agile maturity across departments

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems
• 10 years of experience in digital transformation and enterprise delivery management
• At least 5 years of experience within financial services, fintech, or large-scale CRM ecosystems
• Certified Agile or Scrum Master, PMP-Agile, or SAFe certification preferred
• Strong experience in Azure DevOps, JIRA, CI-CD pipelines, and release governance
