Job summary

Edari is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager – Business & Technology to lead end-to-end enterprise transformation initiatives across our client\'s business support functions in the UAE. This is a 12-month contract with renewal potential based on performance, and the ideal candidate will drive governance, stakeholder engagement, and delivery excellence across complex programs in a large organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• An MBA or postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• 15+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Program Management, Project Management, or Enterprise Transformation.
• Experience delivering large-scale, cross-functional initiatives across business support functions with multiple stakeholders.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise transformation initiatives across business support functions.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans including scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, resources, and deliverables.
• Drive digital transformation and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors for project execution.
• Manage third-party implementation partners, consultants, and software vendors to meet timelines and budgets.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings and executive status updates with clear progress visibility.
• Maintain RAID logs, change control, budget management, status reporting, and risk mitigation activities.
• Lead change management including stakeholder communications, UAT, training coordination, and adoption planning.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and conduct post-implementation reviews.
