Job summary

Globant is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex enterprise website platforms for a major client in Dubai. You will oversee multiple technical workstreams, coordinate globally distributed teams and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and within scope.

You will collaborate with Technical Leads and Solution Architects, manage fixed-price engagements, monitor budgets, and communicate progress to senior leadership across time zones.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise website and digital platform projects.
• Manage multiple workstreams, including Web Development, CMS, APIs, Integrations, Data and QA.
• Coordinate globally distributed delivery teams across different time zones.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones and dependencies.
• Collaborate closely with Technical Leads and Solution Architects to ensure technical feasibility.
• Manage fixed-price projects, ensuring delivery stays within agreed scope and budget.
• Monitor project financials, including budget utilisation, forecasts and cost variances.
• Manage change requests and ensure additional work receives appropriate approval.
• Identify delivery risks early and implement mitigation plans.
• Provide regular project updates to senior stakeholders and leadership.

Skills

• Strong understanding of enterprise websites, CMS platforms, APIs and systems integrations.
• Proven experience managing multiple technical workstreams simultaneously.
