Job summary

Edari is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager – Business & Technology to lead end-to-end enterprise transformation initiatives across our client\'s business support functions in the UAE. • Experience delivering large-scale, cross-functional initiatives across business support functions with multiple stakeholders.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma preferred.

We are looking to hire a Senior Delivery Manager – Business & Technology who will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of enterprise transformation initiatives across business support functions for our client based in the UAE—one of the largest organizations in the region.

This is an initial 12-month contract, with the possibility of renewal based on performance.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Delivery Manager – Business & Technology professional with a proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience driving enterprise initiatives, establishing strong governance frameworks, engaging senior stakeholders, and delivering process optimization and digital transformation across business support functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise transformation initiatives across business support functions, from discovery and planning through implementation, user adoption, and post-go-live support.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and deliverables.
• Drive digital transformation and business process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and organizational performance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors to ensure successful project execution and alignment with strategic business objectives.
• Manage third-party implementation partners, consultants, and software vendors to deliver projects within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings, governance forums, and executive status updates, providing clear visibility of project progress, risks, dependencies, and key decisions.
• Maintain robust project governance, including RAID logs, change control, budget management, status reporting, and risk mitigation activities.
• Lead change management initiatives, including stakeholder communications, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training coordination, and adoption planning.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet agreed quality standards, including documentation, testing outcomes, implementation readiness, and process improvements.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews, capture lessons learned, and identify opportunities to enhance delivery methodologies and business processes.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline. An MBA or postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• 15+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Program Management, Project Management, or Enterprise Transformation.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale, cross-functional initiatives across business support functions such as Legal, Risk & Compliance, Shared Services, Customer Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, or Corporate IT.
• Strong experience managing complex enterprise projects involving multiple stakeholders, business units, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Demonstrated expertise in project governance, executive reporting, RAID management, budget tracking, dependency management, and change control.
• Excellent business analysis skills with the ability to translate strategic business requirements into structured delivery plans and measurable outcomes.
• Experience with enterprise applications such as CRM, GRC, Document Management Systems (DMS), ERP, workflow platforms, contact center solutions, omnichannel platforms, or Yardi is highly desirable.
• Exposure to real estate, property management, customer service operations, shared services, or other large enterprise environments is preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior executives and cross-functional teams.
• Previous experience in consulting or client-facing environments managing complex stakeholder groups is highly desirable.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent project and delivery management certifications are preferred.
