Job summary

Mace is seeking a Cost Manager to join our Abu Dhabi team. You will deliver cost management services across all project phases and sectors, influencing cost planning, procurement strategies, and contract execution.

The role requires leadership in discipline-specific cost management and mentoring junior consultants. Arabian Gulf experience and MRICS qualifications are highly valued as you drive value management and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle on iconic developments in Abu

• Middle East experience is essential.

• Oversee contract documentation, ensuring compliance and formal execution.
• Maintain cost control throughout the contract lifecycle, including monthly reporting.
