Job summary

Mace Group is seeking a senior project delivery professional to lead a prestigious residential mixed-use development in Dubai, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and external resources. You will drive successful delivery, manage stakeholders, and championSafety First values throughout all phases of the project.

The role emphasizes leadership across cost planning, procurement, and quality, with flexibility around hybrid working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering projects and programmes in residential.
• Strong commercial, financial and stakeholder management expertise with leadership of diverse teams.
• Professional membership or equivalent demonstrable development in project delivery.

The project

This is an opportunity to work on a prestigious residential community with a shopping in the heart of Dubai. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure. Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Determine and arrange project management, technical services and external resources to meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to deliver projects successfully, communicating strategies clearly and effectively.
• Champion Mace’s Safety First values, embedding visible behaviours and the HSW framework across all activities.
• Lead Contractors and stakeholder management, ensuring briefs, deliverables, claims and variations are effectively completed.
• Manage programme delivery from inception to completion, overseeing milestones, risks, budgets and quality standards.

You’ll Need To Have

• Professional membership (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE) or equivalent demonstrable development.
• Proven experience delivering projects and programmes in residential.
• Strong commercial, financial and stakeholder management expertise with leadership of diverse teams.
