Mace is seeking a Cost Manager to join our Abu Dhabi team. You will deliver cost management services across all project phases and sectors, influencing cost planning, procurement strategies, and contract execution.

Qualifications

Degree in quantity surveying / cost management (or equivalent).
MRICS membership (or equivalent).
Middle East experience is essential.

Responsibilities

Deliver cost management services across all project phases and sectors.
Lead discipline-specific areas using advanced technical expertise.
Conduct feasibility studies and advise on procurement and contract strategies.
Apply value management techniques to optimize project outcomes.
Manage estimating and cost planning, presenting final cost plans to stakeholders.
Oversee contract documentation, ensuring compliance and formal execution.
Maintain cost control throughout the contract lifecycle, including monthly reporting.
Mentor Cost Consultants and drive process improvements aligned with net zero.
