Job summary

Mace is seeking an experienced project leader to drive delivery on a prestigious residential and mixed-use development in Dubai. The role requires coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, external resources and contractors to meet client requirements while maintaining safety and quality across all stages.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Determine and arrange project management, technical services and external resources to meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to deliver projects successfully, communicating strategies clearly and effectively.

You’ll Need To Have

• Professional membership (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE) or equivalent demonstrable development.
• Proven experience delivering projects and programmes in residential.
• Strong commercial, financial and stakeholder management expertise with leadership of diverse teams.
