Job summary

Mace is seeking a seasoned Cost Management professional to join our Abu Dhabi team on a landmark city center development. You will lead cost management across all project phases, mentored by senior leaders, and work to optimize procurement strategies and cost planning for major infrastructure works.

Based in Abu Dhabi, this role requires MRICS and Middle East experience, with a track record of delivering cost control throughout the contract lifecycle and driving value for complex projects in the

• Professional MRICS membership (or equivalent).
• Middle East experience is essential.

• Conduct feasibility studies and advise on procurement and contract strategies.
• Apply value management techniques to optimize project outcomes.
• Manage estimating and cost planning, presenting final cost plans to stakeholders.
• Oversee contract documentation, ensuring compliance and formal execution.
• Maintain cost control throughout the contract lifecycle, including monthly reporting.
• Mentor Cost Consultants and drive process improvements aligned with net zero.

You’ll Be Responsible For

You’ll Need To Have
