Job summary

Mace is providing project management services on a large mixed-use regeneration development in Abu Dhabi. This role focuses on contract administration, cost control, and stakeholder management to deliver sustainable outcomes.

You will lead teams, drive KPI performance, pursue value engineering, and advance safety and compliance while supporting net-zero carbon goals.

Qualifications

• Degree in quantity surveying or cost management is required.
• MRICS/RICS membership with ongoing development.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with business development experience.
• Knowledge of contracts, value engineering, sustainability and stakeholder management.
• UAE work experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer contracts, warranties, bonds, and licenses, ensuring compliance and formal execution.
• Lead teams and cost consultants, driving behaviours that achieve KPIs and embed continuous improvement.
• Manage valuations, variations, cost control, and reporting, maintaining financial integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee claims evaluation, contract completion, and certification processes, securing fair resolution and client satisfaction.
• Deliver improvements in systems and processes, applying best practice and lessons learned to drive transformational change.
• Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

The project:

Mace is providing project management services on a large mixed-use regeneration development in Abu Dhabi. The site will have commercial workplaces and retail units along with public realm.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Prepare and administer contracts, warranties, bonds, and licenses, ensuring compliance and formal execution.
• Lead teams and cost consultants, driving behaviours that achieve KPIs and embed continuous improvement.
• Manage valuations, variations, cost control, and reporting, maintaining financial integrity throughout the project lifecycle.

You’ll need to have:

• Strong commercial and financial acumen with proven business development expertise.
• Detailed knowledge of contracts, value engineering, sustainability and stakeholder management.
• Experience working in the United Arab Emirates is essential for client approval.
