Mace in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a prestigious residential and mixed‑use development in Dubai, coordinating integrated teams to deliver milestones on time and within budget.

You will drive strategic planning, manage budgets and risks, maintain quality standards, and champion Safety First across projects, while fostering client relationships and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Membership in professional bodies (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE) or equivalent demonstrated development.
• Proven experience delivering projects and programmes in residential sectors.
• Strong commercial, financial and stakeholder management with leadership of diverse teams.

This is an opportunity to work on a prestigious residential community with a shopping in the heart of Dubai. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Determine and arrange project management, technical services and external resources to meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to deliver projects successfully, communicating strategies clearly and effectively.

You’ll Need To Have:
