Job summary

Mace is delivering project management services on a large mixed-use regeneration development in Abu Dhabi, combining construction expertise with consultancy to unlock value for people and projects. The role involves preparing contracts, leading cost teams, and ensuring financial integrity across the project lifecycle.

You will work within a safety‑driven, client‑focused, and integrity‑led environment with opportunities for flexible and hybrid working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Degree in quantity surveying or cost management is required.
• MRICS/RICS professional membership with ongoing development is essential.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with proven business development expertise.
• Detailed knowledge of contracts, value engineering, sustainability and stakeholder management.
• Experience working in the United Arab Emirates is essential for client approval.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer contracts, warranties, bonds, and licenses, ensuring compliance and formal execution.
• Lead teams and cost consultants, driving behaviours that achieve KPIs and embed continuous improvement.
• Manage valuations, variations, cost control, and reporting, maintaining financial integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee claims evaluation, contract completion, and certification processes, securing fair resolution and client satisfaction.
• Deliver improvements in systems and processes, applying best practice and lessons learned to drive transformational change.
• Work collaboratively towards the net zero carbon transition and manage associated carbon emissions and reductions during delivery of work.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Prepare and administer contracts, warranties, bonds, and licenses, ensuring compliance and formal execution.
• Lead teams and cost consultants, driving behaviours that achieve KPIs and embed continuous improvement.
• Manage valuations, variations, cost control, and reporting, maintaining financial integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee claims evaluation, contract completion, and certification processes, securing fair resolution and client satisfaction.
• Deliver improvements in systems and processes, applying best practice and lessons learned to drive transformational change.
• Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

You’ll Need To Have

• Degree in quantity surveying or cost management, or equivalent qualification.
• Professional membership (MRICS/RICS) with demonstrable ongoing development.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with proven business development expertise.
• Detailed knowledge of contracts, value engineering, sustainability and stakeholder management.
• Experience working in the United Arab Emirates is essential for client approval.
