Worley in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Cost Analyst to provide project cost forecasting, budgeting and reporting across the project lifecycle. You will establish cost baselines, monitor variances and support decision-making with robust cost analyses.

The role requires a strong background in cost management within oil and gas, energy or infrastructure, plus leadership experience guiding Cost Engineers or Project Controls personnel. Full-time employment in UAE with strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Finance or Construction Management.
• 12+ years’ experience in the oil and gas, energy, infrastructure or industrial sectors.
• Experience with reimbursable engineering contracts, including contractual billing rates, recoverable costs and invoicing requirements.
• 4+ years’ experience in leadership or supervision of Cost Engineers or Project Controls personnel.
• Sound knowledge of cost management, budgeting and cost control principles.

Responsabilités

• Provide project cost forecasts based on scope, budgets, commitments and actual expenditure.
• Support decisions with cost analysis, forecasts and corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly cost reports.
• Monitor costs, commitments and expenditure to control budgets.
• Implement and maintain cost control systems and reporting mechanisms.
• Support continuous improvement in Project Controls to enhance cost management.
