Job summary

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Corporate Strategy Manager in Dubai to drive the Group's long-term vision and strategic planning. You will report to the VP Strategy and collaborate with top management to shape initiatives that create value and guide complex decision-making across functions.

Qualifications

• MBA or master's degree in Business Administration, Finance or similar.
• 6–8 years of experience in corporate strategy or top-tier consulting.
• Proven leadership of high-performing teams and multi-stakeholder projects.
• Robust financial modeling skills and strong business acumen.
• Solid knowledge of the luxury, beauty, and fashion retail industries.
• Excellent communication and presentation of complex ideas.
• Experience with market research, data analysis techniques and visualization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with C-Level executives to shape long-term vision and strategy.
• Partner with VP strategy on the strategic 3-year plan and identify requirements for its execution.
• Work closely with Finance for annual budgeting and performance assessment.
• Evaluate and support strategic initiatives and ventures across sectors and regions.
• Lead category projects from scoping to execution with high-quality outputs.
• Analyze internal business challenges by synthesizing data to develop strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with the Intelligence team to monitor global and regional luxury trends.
• Start building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and ensure long-term partnerships.
• Develop innovative and practical solutions to complex business problems, leveraging industry best practices.
• Present complex recommendations to senior leadership in a clear manner, driving decision-making.
• Lead and empower team members to ensure growth and development, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Facilitate training and development programs to enhance the team's analytical and strategic capabilities.
