Job summary

Chalhoub Group UAE is seeking a Store Manager to drive luxury retail performance across our UAE stores. You will lead a high-performing team, ensure adherence to brand standards, and deliver exceptional client experiences across omnichannel touchpoints.

The role emphasizes leadership, commercial acumen, and hands-on operations, with a focus on VM, customer relations, and daily store management in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in Luxury fashion retail.
• People-focused approach with the ability to motivate, coach and develop a high-performing team.
• Strong commercial mindset; confident in reading KPIs and driving results.
• Genuine passion for fashion and client experience; comfortable on the shop floor.
• Operational and VM strength; maintain store standards and daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive the business and lead by example, communicating brand values to customers and team.
• Define, execute, and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Manage the customer database to build strong relationships and future selling opportunities.
• Stay ahead of trends and share feedback with back-office teams; conduct quarterly SWOT analyses.
• Lead recruitment, development, and retention of talents; coach and foster growth.
• Develop omnichannel clienteling mindset; leverage data across physical and digital touchpoints.
• Ensure SOPs are followed; manage e-commerce orders per SLAs; ensure timely fulfillment.
• Ensure stock replenishment, VM compliance, and floor coverage; address safety, security, and store operations.
