Job summary

Chalhoub Group, a leading luxury fashion retailer in the Middle East, seeks a Store Manager to drive store performance, recruit and lead a high-performing team, and deliver VIP client experiences across physical and digital channels.

You will manage omnichannel initiatives, oversee sales targets, and ensure brand integrity while fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented environment within the store.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in luxury fashion retail
• Experience in Luxury retail UAE, Kuwait or Qatar
• Strong ability to drive sales targets and KPIs
• Proven track record of coaching and developing store staff
• Experience managing VIP and high-value client relationships
• Ability to balance online and offline channels and processes

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and represent the brand's values to customers and team members.
• Define, execute, and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Manage the customer database to build relationships and future selling opportunities.
• Stay ahead of trends and share feedback with stakeholders; conduct SWOT analyses.
• Develop omnichannel capabilities and ensure seamless clienteling across touchpoints.
• Recruit, develop and retain top talent; create a positive working environment.
• Coach team members, promote growth mindset, and monitor development plans.
• Ensure SOPs are followed and e-commerce orders meet SLAs.
