Job summary

Chalhoub Group is seeking an senior growth leader to drive cross-brand growth in the Middle East luxury retail space. You will own the growth funnel from acquisition to loyalty, partnering with marketing, merchandising, and e-commerce teams to optimize customer journeys.

The role focuses on data-driven decision making, experimentation, and leading a high-performing growth team to meet ambitious traffic, conversion, and CLV targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, e-commerce or related field.
• 10+ years in growth, digital commerce or performance marketing.
• Experience in multi-brand e-commerce environments.
• Experience in retail, beauty or fashion sectors.
• Strong knowledge of acquisition, lifecycle marketing and funnel optimization.
• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall growth strategy for FACES across digital and omnichannel touchpoints
• Own commercial growth targets including traffic, conversion, and customer lifetime value
• Lead performance marketing and demand generation activities
• Partner with marketing, merchandising, retail, and e-commerce teams to optimize customer journeys
• Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and customer insights
• Establish a robust experimentation framework
• Manage budgets, agency relationships, and external partners
• Build and lead a high-performing growth team
