Job summary

Qualifications

• MBA or master's degree in Business Administration, Finance or similar.
• 6–8 years of experience in corporate strategy or top-tier consulting.
• Proven leadership of high-performing teams and multi-stakeholder projects.
• Robust financial modeling skills and strong business acumen.
• Solid knowledge of the luxury, beauty, and fashion retail industries.
• Excellent communication and presentation of complex ideas.
• Experience with market research, data analysis techniques and visualization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with C-Level executives to shape long-term vision and strategy.
• Partner with VP strategy on the strategic 3-year plan and identify requirements for its execution.
• Work closely with Finance for annual budgeting and performance assessment.
• Evaluate and support strategic initiatives and ventures across sectors and regions.
• Lead category projects from scoping to execution with high-quality outputs.
• Analyze internal business challenges by synthesizing data to develop strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with the Intelligence team to monitor global and regional luxury trends.

Summary

The Corporate Strategy Manager plays an important role within the Strategy function, driving the Group's long-term vision and strategic planning. Reporting to the VP Strategy, this role requires strategic thinking, solid understanding of the luxury industry, and strong analytical skills. The Manager will collaborate closely with top management and contribute to the overall Group’s value creation by driving strategic initiatives.

What you'll be doing

What you’ll need to succeed

• 6-8 years of experience in corporate strategy, top-tier management consulting, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience in managing high-performing teams, multiple stakeholders in complex projects
• MBA or master's degree in Business Administration, Finance or similar
• Experience in strategic planning with strong business acumen
• Proficiency in corporate operations and procedures
• Robust financial modeling skills and advanced financial acumen
