Job summary

360Partners is seeking an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our Dubai team. You will manage end-to-end candidate recruitment across technology, finance, operations and leadership roles for UAE and UK clients, starting with an active live vacancy portfolio.

You’ll work in a small, collaborative team, owning the candidate journey from sourcing to offer, while building relationships with senior leaders and expanding the firm’s UAE footprint.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years' experience in recruitment, executive search or talent acquisition.
• Experience sourcing candidates and managing recruitment processes independently.
• Strong LinkedIn sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence speaking to professionals at different levels of seniority.
• A proactive, organised and commercially minded approach.
• The ability to manage multiple searches and competing priorities.
• Experience recruiting across technology, financial services or professional services advantageous.
• Previous UAE recruitment experience beneficial but not essential.

The Role

We're looking for someone who enjoys recruitment, is naturally proactive and can take ownership of the candidate side of the hiring process.

You’ll work across a variety of searches, from specialist technology and banking positions to senior leadership and operational roles, supporting established clients in the UAE and UK.

You’ll be joining a small, collaborative team with an existing portfolio of clients and live vacancies, so there is no requirement to build a client base from scratch.

As the business grows, there will be opportunities to take on greater responsibility, manage client relationships and help develop the recruitment function.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end candidate recruitment process, from sourcing and initial outreach through to offer acceptance.
• Identify and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals and other sourcing platforms.
• Conduct candidate screening calls, assessing experience, suitability, motivations, salary expectations and availability.
• Build targeted shortlists and present suitable candidates to clients.
• Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication and gather feedback throughout the recruitment process.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, creating a network of talent for future opportunities.
• Work closely with our sourcing support team to identify and qualify candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment pipelines and activity tracking within our CRM.
• Support client communications and recruitment strategy as you develop in the role.
• Contribute ideas to improve our recruitment processes, systems and overall candidate experience.

About You

We're looking for someone who is motivated, resourceful and genuinely enjoys connecting people with opportunities.

Ideally, you'll have:

• 2-5 years' experience in recruitment, executive search or talent acquisition, preferably within an agency environment.
• Experience sourcing candidates and managing recruitment processes independently.
• Strong LinkedIn sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence speaking to professionals at different levels of seniority.
• A proactive, organised and commercially minded approach.
• The ability to manage multiple searches and competing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a great candidate and client experience.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for helping grow a business.
• Experience recruiting across technology, financial services or professional services would be advantageous, although we're open to candidates from other recruitment specialisms.
• Previous UAE recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential.
