Job summary

ADNOC Group seeks a Senior Specialist, Corporate Governance (Policies) to develop and implement governance practices aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. The role focuses on the Delegation of Authority and Policies framework, coordinating design and implementation of governance systems across the ADNOC Group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; law/finance/business preferred.
• Minimum 8 years in governance, compliance, or corporate law.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Review and update governance frameworks, including the Delegation of Authority and policies.
• Draft and maintain board materials, charters, and governance documents.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external regulators to ensure compliance.
• Develop and deliver governance training materials for boards and committees.
• Escalate risks and report breaches per authority delegations.
• Support in documentation management and publishing of governance materials.
