Qualifications

• Hold a law degree and/or postgraduate qualification such as a Juris Doctor or Master of Laws.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in legal, governance, compliance or regulatory advisory roles.
• Experience developing governance policies and procedures within a complex international environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear, pragmatic, and commercially focused legal and governance guidance to senior stakeholders.
• Lead the development and continuous improvement of the group’s governance framework, delegations of authority, and committee terms of reference.
• Partner with business and functional teams to identify governance requirements and manage risks across the transaction lifecycle.
• Advise on governance considerations for investments, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships across multiple jurisdictions.
• Oversee or provide company secretarial support for relevant committees and contribute to governance training and framework evaluations.
