Job summary

DNV GL is seeking a corporate specialist to maintain entity records, coordinate filings, and ensure licenses stay current in Abu Dhabi. You will liaise with shareholders and officers, manage governance calendars, and support multi-country projects including entity clean-ups.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update information for all Legal Entities in corporate records and archives as required by law.
• Coordinate and oversee corporate filings with government authorities when needed by local law.
• Ensure business licenses are current and compliant with services offered and local regulations.
• Liaise with shareholders, board members, corporate officers, lawyers and third parties on governance matters.
• Manage the entity compliance calendar and related deadlines.
• Coordinate with BA, GSS and finance for support on POA and director signatories.
• Support multi-country governance projects, liquidation tasks and legal entity cleanup programs.
• Coordinate corporate actions, including AGM/EGMs and related resolutions and notices.
• Prepare corporate documentation such as resolutions, minutes, articles of association and powers of attorney.
• Facilitate and attend board and general meetings as required.
