Job summary

Larsen & Toubro Limited is seeking a Contract Administrator to oversee the full contract lifecycle from inception to performance. You will draft, review and negotiate terms, ensure legal compliance, and maintain records while guiding internal stakeholders in a dynamic EPC environment.

The role requires strong negotiation, communication and analytical skills, plus proficiency in contract management tools and leadership to coordinate with multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in engineering, law, quantity surveying or construction management.
• 4–10 years of contracts management experience with a focus on pre-contract activities in relevant industries.
• Solid understanding of contract law and standard forms (FIDIC, NEC, JCT).
• Professional certification in contract management preferred.
• EPC/Consultancies multinational background is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of contracts from inception through execution and performance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate terms and conditions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
• Maintain organized contract records and provide guidance to internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with multiple teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Resolve disputes related to contracts.
