Job summary

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in contract administration.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred).
• Experience with EPC contracts and multinational projects.
• Ability to review NDAs, MOUs and pre-tender agreements.
• Strong risk assessment and commercial negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Review tender docs, EPC conditions, Employer's Requirements, technical specs, schedules and commercial provisions.
• Prepare contract summaries identifying key provisions and risks.
• Identify and mitigate contractual/commercial risks for project execution.
• Review and prepare NDAs, MOUs, pre-tender agreements.
• Prepare subcontracts, purchase orders, supply agreements for awarded vendors with risk flow-down.
• Manage variations, change orders, extension of time, and entitlement claims.
• Coordinate interfaces among ENG, procurement, construction, commissioning, OEMs, suppliers.
