Job summary

Larsen & Toubro is seeking a contract administrator to review tender documents, EPC contracts and technical specs for renewable energy projects. You will prepare comprehensive summaries highlighting commercial, technical and liability terms, while identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications

6–10 years in contract administration with multinational EPC experience.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical preferred).
Strong technical understanding with hands-on construction risk assessment.

Responsibilities

Review tender docs, EPC contracts, specs, and schedules for renewable energy projects.
Prepare contract summaries detailing commercial, technical, payment, and liability terms.
Identify commercial risks and develop mitigation and flow-down strategies.
Review and prepare NDAs, MOUs, and pre-tender agreements.
Draft subcontracts, purchase orders, supply and service agreements with back-to-back risk allocation.
Coordinate interfaces between engineering, procurement, construction, and stakeholders.
Compile subcontracts and POs to awarded bidders.
Draft letters, notices, and manage contractual correspondence.
Prepare, review and substantiate Variations, Change Orders and Extension of Time claims.
