• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end contract lifecycle from drafting to close-out.
• Review terms to identify and mitigate risks.
• Monitor performance, SLAs, deliverables, renewals, and compliance.
• Support negotiations with vendors and service providers.
• Maintain centralized contract repository and reporting.
