Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an Executive Director – Facilities and Engineering Management to guide the Facilities and Engineering Management team through pre-opening and launch. The role oversees commissioning, testing, governance, procurement of services, and organizational build-out for the new UAE resort.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of building services and MEP systems.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning, testing and validation to handover to operations.
• Own pre-opening mobilisation across Facilities, Engineering and ancillary portfolios.
• Develop MEP cause-and-effect documentation and training for teams.
