Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an Assistant Director to join the Contract Services Team. The role oversees the end-to-end contract lifecycle, from drafting to close-out, ensuring compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and governance across departments in a luxury hospitality development.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5–7 years of contract management experience in hospitality, gaming, construction, real estate, or large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in contract management, procurement or related field.
• Hospitality, gaming, construction, real estate or large-scale development experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of contract law, governance and administration best practices.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating and administering complex commercial agreements.
• Analytical, negotiation and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement contract management policies and lifecycle.
• Draft, review, negotiate, execute, renew and close-out contracts.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and governance procedures.
• Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Finance, Development, IT, and other departments.
• Maintain centralized contract repository and generate status reports.
• Support negotiations with vendors and service providers to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Assist in resolving contract disputes and commercial issues with stakeholders.
• Mentor Contract Services team and promote professional development.
