Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.
Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Manager – Contract Services to join the resort’s Contract Services team.
Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of a wide range of commercial contracts, including service agreements, amendments, and Statements of Work.
Structure contractual terms to appropriately allocate risk, including liability, indemnity, insurance, and performance obligations.
Ensure alignment between commercial, operational, and legal positions in all agreements.
Review and validate contract commercial terms, including pricing structures, payment milestones, and total contract value.
Support preparation of contract summaries and key commercial inputs for internal approvals and purchase orders.
Identify and mitigate financial and contractual risks throughout the contract lifecycle.
Support the preparation, coordination, and execution of RFPs and RFQs for outsourced services in collaboration with user departments.
Review and contribute to scope of work, commercial structures, and contractual terms during the RFP process.
Lead the contractual and commercial evaluation of bidder submissions, including identification of risks, deviations, and gaps.
Support bidder clarifications, negotiations, and alignment of final commercial and contractual positions prior to contract award.
Act as the primary interface between user departments, Procurement, Legal, and Finance during contract development and negotiations.
Translate business requirements into clear contractual terms and structures.
Facilitate resolution of commercial and contractual issues with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
Ensure all contracts comply with internal policies, approval processes, and applicable regulations.
Manage contract lifecycle activities, including execution, tracking, amendments, and renewals.
Maintain contract records and ensure proper documentation and filing.
Support resolution of contractual disputes and commercial issues with suppliers.
Monitor key contractual obligations and highlight risks, gaps, or non-compliance.
