Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an Assistant Director to join our Contract Services Team in Ras Al Khaimah. The role focuses on leading end-to-end contract management, drafting, review, negotiations, and governance to support multi-department needs within a large-scale hospitality development.

The successful candidate will bring 5–7 years in contract management, strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, and a solid background in law, finance or supply chain, with proficiency in MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5–7 years experience in contract management, procurement, or commercial management.
• Experience in hospitality, gaming, real estate, or large development projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of contract law, terms, governance, and admin best practices.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and administering complex agreements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and contract management systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement contract management policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Oversee end-to-end contract lifecycle: drafting, review, negotiation, execution, amendments, renewals, close-out.
• Ensure contracts comply with policies, regulatory requirements, procurement standards, and governance.
• Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Finance, Development, IT, Gaming, Hotel Operations and others.
• Review terms to identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.
• Maintain oversight of obligations, milestones, expiry dates, renewals, and compliance.
• Monitor supplier performance against SLAs and deliverables.
• Maintain a centralized contract repository and accessible records.
• Prepare reports and dashboards on contract status, renewals, compliance, and risk.
• Support negotiations with vendors and service providers to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Assist in dispute resolution and variations with stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve contract administration processes and controls.
• Mentor Contract Services team members and promote confidentiality.
• Participate in meetings, provide advice on contract-related matters, and foster a positive multicultural environment.
